I started working as a full time substitute teacher at the begining of the 2009-2010 school year and discovered a love of working with kids.  I was given the opportunity to become a paraprofessional in the special education department starting the 2010-2011 school year and couldn't say yes fast enough.  I have been in the Life Skills classroom ever since and can't imagine being anywhere else.

I have been happily married since 1997.  We have a beautiful 11-year old daughter.  She is currently in the 5th grade at Linden-Kildare Elementary School.  We have 2 dogs, Lil Bit the scared of her own shadow Chihuahua and Oreo an all around Mutt, and 3 cats who think they are dogs.

I love reading, cooking and spending time with my family.
