You head on over to your search engine of choice be it Google, Bing, or Yahoo. You type in what you’re looking for, and you get back a billion hits. Now here’s the tricky part: which website do you choose? Is the site trustworthy? Is the information viable and true? Is it just a scam to get you to visit the site, so it can load you down with malware and send you on your way? There are approximately 571 new websites created every minute. As you can imagine, it’s hard to keep up with which ones are good websites. That’s where web of trust comes in. It’s a network of millions of users that rate each website when visiting it.
