L-K Mobile Computing Cart Information

Linden-Kildare Mobile Computing Cart Checkout Procedures

Teacher Check-Out Guidelines

  • There are 15-20 Chromebooks per cart. If you’re class is over this size, your students will need to double up or use another system already in the classroom.
  • Do not remove the power adapters from the cart. If you suspect a power adapter is not working, please report the cart number and slot number of the system not being charged in a work order.
  • If there are any technical issues that arise, please fill out a work order through Mojo Helpdesk with the cart number and system number.

Security

  • Keep the carts locked when the systems are not in use.
  • Return all systems to the cart at the end of each day for security and charging purposes.
  • Do not allow the systems to leave the classroom for which they were reserved. The staff member that reserved the cart is responsible for each Chromebook.
  • Allow sufficient time for the students to replace the Chromebooks before the bell rings. Make sure all systems are accounted for before any student leaves your classroom.
